• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Transacting through a third-party account.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

77acd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time — particularly where there is evidence of a rule violation or suspicious activity on the account.

Users may close their account at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before closure. Eligibility to recover the balance from a permanently closed account depends on the circumstances.

• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• Voluntary closure entitles you to a refund of any valid balance.
